My personal message:
Hey Everyone! Thanks for donating...this event really means a lot to me...and to all the thousands affected by HD. I really appreciate everyone's support! 80 cents of every dollar goes directly to programs for care and cure... A portion of the money raised for this event goes towards THE MARION DOUGHERTY FUND (my Grandpa). This fund provides an all expense paid vacation to HOLLYWOOD for a family living with HD...it's a great opportunity for some lucky family to getaway. Each year we send a new family. I'm really happy about this...when you donate, you help us help them. This is a really horrible disease that has changed my life completely. I have a cousin and many friends living with the disease and even more who are at risk. 50/50 chance. I know there are so many great causes to support, so I thank you for supporting mine.
