As the largest animal shelter in Washington State, the Humane Society finds homes for more than 7,000 animals every year, and reunites thousands more with their owner. They provide veterinary care for ill and injured animals, help thousands of low-income families spay and neuter their pets, and offer many programs that benefit the community. Their goal is to create a compassionate community by counting down to zero euthanasia of healthy, friendly animals.
