NAGE Charities and the National Association of Government Employees, are participating in this year's Massachusetts AFL-CIO Walk to Cure Cancer on September 28, 2008.  In addition to fielding a team for the five-mile walk, NAGE members and staff will also sponsor a fundraiser on Friday, September 26, 2008, at the Seapoint Restaurant, East 8th Street in South Boston.  Featuring JIM PLUNKET. 

Our goal is to raise $25,000 for the Cancer Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, the beneficiary of the Walk to Cure Cancer.

The Walk to Cure Cancer raises money to support research at UMass Cancer Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
