Dear amazing wonderful people who donated funds, love, and support to the second annual benefit walk for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center,
The Walk was a smashing success. With your help, i was able to raise over $500 as an individual walker, and the entire walk raised OVER $40,000!!! This is an astounding accomplishment and so crucial to the center.
I am incredibly touched by people's ability to reach in their resources, however limited they may be, and donate in various forms of support.We are bombarded by so many causes each day and it is so difficult to have to limit oneself. But one cause at a time, change still happens in a positive way and that gives me hope for the world.
As a volunteer, a survivor, and a human being, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
