Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Nonprofit customers from inbound lead generation programs
- Assist new customers in activating their accounts and introducing Firstgiving utilities to their supporters
- Educate nonprofits on best practices to share with their fundraisers on maximizing online donations
- Recommend marketing programs for regular, compelling communication with our customer base
- Capture feedback from organizations and share with development team
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years experience in a relevant account management role
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Previous phone sales or fundraising experience
- Demonstrable experience managing customer relationships in a high-volume business
Instruction Design, Online Training, Customer Experience Management
Firstgiving is seeking a Customer Education Manager to develop and implement training programs for both our non-profit customers and individual fundraisers. The Customer Education Manager will be responsible for ensuring customers’ success by identifying and sharing best practices for using Firstgiving.com and will partner with customers to build strong long-term relationships.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Define education strategy and curriculum for newly acquired and existing customers
- Direct the planning and execution of a range of learning solutions
- Possess a deep knowledge of online training technologies and approaches
- Understand how to evaluate and measure curriculum effectiveness
- Leverage technology solutions for designing, maintaining and delivering programs
- Capture and relay feedback from customers to development team
- Advocate to the development team changes that will make website easier to use
- Partner with customers to build strong long-term relationships
