Online reporting overview
You have access to an online reporting area where you can track your fundraising pages, event registration, donors and progress.
When you first log in to your online reporting area, your “At a Glance” results are displayed. To view any report, simply click on the report name listed on the top left under “REPORTING.”
There are seven reports in your online reporting area:
- At a glance: A high-level view of your organization's fundraising progress and history.
- Fundraising page results: Reports on your fundraisers: their pages; their contact information, how much they have raised, and their donor details.
- Donor reports: Donor contact information, contribution amount and the fundraisers they supported.
- General donations reports: Offers information on general donations made separately from donations to individual pages.
- Financial reports: These reports correspond with each payment you receive from Firstgiving, giving you visibility into the donations that make up the total of each payment.
- Registration reports: If you are using Firstgiving’s online event registration, you will find registrant details here including answers to custom questions, registrant names and registration fees collected.
- IT reports: Offers data corresponding with the Financial Report data, but with a more detailed view.

Don't forget, you can download all our reports to Excel by clicking "Export data to Excel"
