The Western Allegheny Community Library serves the townships of Findlay, North Fayette, and Oakdale, and plays a key role in providing  educational materials for the West Allegheny school district. Thanks to the efforts and generous donations of many dedicated individuals, we have manged to expand our collection, and update our facility to its present condition.

Now we have more books, more computers, and more library programs than our tiny building can contain.To see us grow into a more expansive and more comprehensive service provider, we once again need your help. There are plans afoot to construct a new, more modern, more comfortable, and more accessible library building where the library stands now, so that we can accommodate our patrons in a more efficient way in a more comfortable environment.

We have enjoyed meeting and serving all the people who have taken the time to visit our facility in the past, as well as those who presently frequent our library, and look forward to welcoming many more members to our library community in the future.
