My personal message:
As most of you know, my brother Ryan McCain, was diagnosed with testicular cancer in August 2007 on his 30th birthday.  After undergoing three surgeries and chemotherapy, my brother is now cancer free. This is by far the best news I have heard in my life.

While enduring this gruelling process, Imerman Angels played a large role in giving Ryan the support he needed to fight cancer. Imerman Angels paired Ryan with other cancer survivors to share experiences that only a fellow cancer fighter would understand. This support system gave Ryan encouragement and perspective throughout his experience. This is a wonderful charity that benefits anyone with cancer.

My goal is to raise over $1,000 for Imermans Angels by running the 2008 Chicago Marathon. Any donation, even a small one, will help make a difference. If any of your family or friends have been affected by cancer, please feel free to share this web page with them.
